Join us as we celebrate Canada’s 150th by welcoming three of Canada’s top winemakers to GEORGE.

A dinner series in three parts – we will explore the best of what Ontario has to offer with world class wines from Niagara and Prince Edward County while enjoying an accompanying four-course dinner. As Canadian wine steps onto the world stage, we have a front row seat to the exceptional wines crafted here in our own backyard.

All the dinners will begin with a sparkling wine reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m.

Shiraz Mottiar, Malivoire Winery

Mottiar has been the Head Winemaker at Malivoire in Niagara since 2005. He was named Winemaker of the Year in 2017.

Norman Hardie, Norman Hardie Winery

Hardie has received international praise for the wines from his vineyard in Prince Edward County. His career in wine spans decades and has taken him all over the world.

Paul Pender, Tawse Winery
Friday, September 22 | Cost TBD

Pender is the Director of Viticulture and Winemaking for Tawse Winery, and has led the charge while Tawse won winery of the year in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2016.
