New Year resolutions

It is likely that the majority of resolutions made in January relate to food. Last year we reviewed Jason Fung’s book, the Obesity Code and recommended it. It proved to have the easiest formula (fasting) to lose weight which we had ever encountered. A lot of the book concentrated on explaining why diets do not work.

It appears that self-help books also do not work. An amusing article appeared in the latest New Yorker this month questioning the dubious theories proposed in many of them. We found it hugely entertaining and recommend you read it so you can justify continuing to do nothing to improve.
